The Alaska Mental Health Board (AMHB) and Advisory Board on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (ABADA) will meet in Fairbanks beginning Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. This meeting will be held at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel October 11-12th beginning at 9:00 am each morning, with the option to attend in person or virtually. October 13th will be virtual-only for the public. Presentations include information on local and statewide efforts related to mental health and substance misuse. Presenters include Fairbanks-based agencies providing public safety and behavioral health services, agencies from the Department of Health, and the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority. There will be an opportunity for formal public comment to AMHB and ABADA board members on Wednesday, October 12th at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel, beginning at 6:00 pm.
