Join Fairbanks Arts and the Cabin Fever Quilters’ Guild in the Bear Gallery for our July exhibition, Quilt Alaska.
Quilt Alaska is a non-juried biennial exhibition of traditional and contemporary quilting organized by the Cabin Fever Quilters’ Guild and hosted by Fairbanks Arts Association.
In addition to the exhibition, there will be quilting demos in the gallery throughout the month and the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for the annual raffle quilt (which will be on view throughout the month)!
Cabin Fever Quilters’ Guild (CFQG) is a non-profit organization with members who share a passion for quilting. The guild meets monthly and new members are always welcome. CFQG is a community-service oriented group, and donates quilts to all members of families whose homes have burned. In addition, CFQG donates many quilts to the Quilts of Valor program for members of the military.
