Fairbanks Chamber Annual Awards & Membership Meeting
Deadline to Purchase Tickets is Monday December 7th, at 12:30 pm.
We may not be able to meet in person for the Annual Membership & Awards Meeting this year, but that won’t stop us from celebrating together! We’ll be meeting online, using a fun new platform that will give our members a chance to connect in ways we haven’t been able to for most of 2020. While a new platform is fun and exciting, it also means you’ll have to acquaint yourself with a new registration process.
Getting set up is easy!
- Register for Lunch!
- Click the Register Button and enter your email address associated with your Chamber membership.
- Choose your featured menu lunch item from each of our selected businesses. (You’ll need to pick up)
- Continue through payment to confirmation pages.
- Register for event on Hopin by clicking the blue Join Event button! You can find the link and instructions to set up your profile on the confirmation page that will appear after you’ve purchased your ticket (continue to push next, don't close the window til you see this link).
- This is a very quick registration, you can make it simple with your name and basic information, or add a headshot and more details so it can be used as a virtual business card at this, and future, events!
Prior to the Annual Meeting, Katie will send you an email with a Bingo Card and a special Kickstart Card! (This email will be sent Monday, Dec 7th)
On event day, December 8:
- Redeem your Kickstart card on your way to work for your favorite morning beverage!
- Pick up your lunch between 10:30 and 11:30 and boogie back to your desk so you are ready to go by noon!
- Log in anytime between 11am and 12pm to view our Business Expo and to participate in Speed Networking.
- At 12 noon, click on the stage location and view our main presentation!
- For the remainder of the day think, “Gosh, that Fairbanks Chamber worked hard for us in 2020. I’m glad to be part of this team!”
- Bagels & Brew- Turkey Gobbler Bagel Sandwich with a Cup of Soup de Jour
- Cafe de Stir It Up- Dill-icious Chicken Sandwich Wrap
- Hot Shot Sisters- Charcuterie Board of Meats, Cheeses, Fruits, and Veggies
- Lavelle's Bistro- Teresa Salad with Grilled Chicken
- Soba- Perogi filled Dumplings with a side of Sour Cream
