This presentation will include a general overview of GVEA and will also provide information regarding the development of the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) between the Railbelt electric utilities. It will also include an overview of Senate Bill 123/ House Bill 151. GVEA hopes this presentation will provide some insight on what GVEA members can expect regarding the potential impacts of the RRC, SB 123 and HB 151.
