She has more than 20 years of professional experience. Areas of expertise include communication, human resources, change management and leadership consulting, training, and coaching. She has worked in various industries including healthcare, higher education, and with private, state and federal organizations. McGee is a University of Alaska Fairbanks alumna earning a bachelor’s in English (1990) and a master’s in professional communication in 2000.
