The annual Handmade Holiday Market returns to Pioneer Park with over 50 Alaska artists and artisans offering handmade gifts, including original artwork, pottery, jewelry, fiber arts, accessories, and more. Shoppers can support local makers, explore family-friendly activities throughout the day, and pick up the 2026 Crafting Community Gift Guide from Fairbanks Arts.

Visitors are also invited to stop by the ArtisTree Silent Auction, featuring handcrafted ornaments by local artists, and to support West Valley and Lathrop High School music departments, who will be at the Market hosting performances, concessions, and crafts booth fundraisers—all taking place in the Exhibit Hall.

Activities Include:

• Handmade Holiday Market (vendors, concessions, fundraisers): 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
   

• Free train rides and visits with Santa: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
   

• Story Time with Stars of Gold Readers: 12–12:30 p.m. & 1–1:30 p.m.
   

• Free children’s books with Stars of Gold Readers and the North Star Imagination Library: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
   

• The Folk School Annual Print Sale: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
   

• Pioneer Museum open: 11 a.m.–3 p.m. (Goldrush Town in Pioneer Park)
   

• Christmas Tree Lighting and Choral Performance: 3–3:30 p.m. (Main entrance of Pioneer Park)
   

• Free family movie — The Muppet Christmas Carol: 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. start times

Admission is free and open to the public, with suggested donations benefiting Fairbanks Arts Association
