Building Alaska's workforce begins when students are in high school. The Fairbanks North Star Borough School District partners with business and industry to create career pathways that will prepare students to stay and work in Fairbanks/Alaska. This presentation will give Chamber members the opportunity to become active partners in preparing the workforce of the future.
