Your Day-to-Day

  • Prepare project cost estimates, proposals, and subcontractor quotes.
  • Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to minimize risk and maximize value.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, and progressive job cost reports.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for profitability.
  • Lead project status meetings, maintain client communication, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Occasionally step into roles such as Project Engineer or Superintendent when needed—flexibility is key!

What You Need

  • 10+ years of experience managing construction projects and teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • Estimating and proposal experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and bid management software.
  • Strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
