Your Day-to-Day
- Prepare project cost estimates, proposals, and subcontractor quotes.
- Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to minimize risk and maximize value.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, and progressive job cost reports.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for profitability.
- Lead project status meetings, maintain client communication, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Occasionally step into roles such as Project Engineer or Superintendent when needed—flexibility is key!
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience managing construction projects and teams.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Estimating and proposal experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and bid management software.
- Strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
