Day to Day
As the Lead Land Surveyor, you would be responsible for direct oversight and lead of all surveying operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with state and local platting regulations. You will conduct and manage boundary, topographic, engineering, and residential surveys and serve as the technical expert for land surveying, mentoring a team of surveyors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related ?eld is required
- Work experience related to surveying is required
- Currently a licensed land surveyor in the State of Alaska, or ability to become licensed is required
- Pro?ciency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS software, and advanced surveying equipment (GPS, Total Stations, LiDAR, drones)
