Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

TDL Staffing is currently hiring Property Groundskeepers to provide general support at a large residential housing community on Fort Wainwright. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and are interested in property maintenance or facilities operations.
As a Property Groundskeeper, you’ll assist the maintenance team with a variety of tasks around the property. The work is active, outdoors, and rewarding. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to perform manual labor in a fast-paced setting.
**Note: Post access is required. A valid Real ID is necessary to be considered.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Delivering tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Assisting with debris removal, site cleanup, and general labor support
- Pressure washing homes (vacant and occupied)
- Supporting setup and takedown of community events
- Loading/unloading trucks; transporting items with carts or hand trucks
- Yardwork and groundskeeping: cutting brush, cleaning culverts, ditch maintenance
- Assisting with demolition tasks (drywall, flooring, tile removal)
- Prepping units or areas for maintenance and Change of Occupancy (COM) work
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration
- Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- Background check required
- Drug-free workplace
