Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, field surveying: assisting Party Chief with various land surveying activities such as monument recovery and resets, topographic and boundary surveying and construction staking, survey equipment setup, maintenance and management. Office work, including, but not limited to: performing surveying math and computations, field data processing, Civil3D drafting such as surface creation and boundary drawing and design, assist in the preparation of maps and plats, read and interpret legal descriptions, uploading and downloading field data. Field work may require overtime, weekends, and travel across Alaska. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather and obtain Military and Air Force base access.

Education
Preferably an ABET-accredited degree, or Associate’s degree in Geomatics or Land Surveying, or High School Diploma and an interest in surveying!
Training
No prior experience required, 1-5 years of Professional Land Surveying experience is preferred.
