Relationship Specialist 2 – Fairbanks, AK (On-site)
Pay Range: $21.34 – $32.01/hour

Our client is a mission-driven Alaska financial institution where every team member contributes to helping members reach their goals. As a Relationship Specialist, you’ll build trusted relationships, offer personalized financial guidance, and ensure compliance across daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with members to identify needs, offer tailored solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Open new accounts, originate loans, and perform a range of account maintenance tasks.
• Recommend and refer appropriate products and services such as mortgage, investments, and consumer loans.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all Federal, State, and NCUA regulations.
• Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in Credit Union events.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience in consumer lending or account services.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and loan products, along with BSA, Reg CC, Reg D, and Reg E compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• A genuine interest in helping members and contributing to team success.

Preferred:

• NMLS registration, Notary, and completed compliance coursework.
