The Opportunity:
Lead commercial lending strategy and operations for a member-focused Credit Union. As VP of Commercial Lending, you’ll oversee origination, underwriting, and servicing of Small Business loans, driving growth, profitability, and exceptional service. This senior role ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and development of new lending programs and products.

We’re Looking For:
An experienced commercial lending leader with 10+ years in business lending (including 5 in management), strong credit authority, and deep knowledge of commercial loan underwriting, compliance, and portfolio risk management. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
