We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin/Bookkeeper to join the company team in the Fairbanks area.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as be experienced multitaskers who can thrive in a fast-paced office environment. The ability to quickly learn new programs is also highly desired.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Invoicing and expense tracking for multiple projects
- Entering project expenses, billable time, and equipment rentals
- Running expense reports and reconciling statements
- Entering SWCD (non-project) and project bills, credit card charges, and contractor invoices
- Assist with W-9s and 1099 prep for vendors/contractors
- Maintain up-to-date vendor accounts and insurance info
- Order and track supplies
- Coordinate delivery/pickup logistics
- Maintain and format timesheets, forms and internal documents
- Other administrative/office tasks
- General office organization
Full-time hours Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities. Pay starting at $30-$35/HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience and knowledge in basic accounting practices
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Background will be viewed
- Drug-free environment
