Computer Support Specialist
Immediately seeking a Computer Support Specialist.
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team by efficiently addressing Help Desk requests, serving as the primary liaison with our Managed Service Provider, overseeing software license renewal processes, leading a phased initiative for the modernization of computer systems, and effectively managing all workstations. Your contributions will significantly enhance our operational success.
Candidates should possess prior experience in Help Desk support and expertise in software license management and hardware management.
Full-time hours, Monday -Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with pay starting at $28/HR, depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Help Desk support experience
- Experience with software license management, hardware asset management
- Experience coordinating remote user and VPN systems
- Background will be viewed
- Business casual attire
