Looking for a compassionate, customer service-minded Front Office Assistant for a medical treatment clinic.
Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and multitasking ability.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office- Outlook and Word. Excel experience is a plus.
Job Duties Include:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and emails
- Filing and maintaining patient records
- Collecting patient information, verifying insurance information, medical data, and updating patient demographics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Full-time hours and/8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with pay starting at $20/HR based on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- 1 year of receptionist, administrative or medical office experience
- Background will be viewed
- Drug-free workplace
